DO NOT DISTURB!

Hey everyone,
Today, I’m sharing my latest DT project for Daisy’s Jewels and Crafts - ‘Do Not Disturb’ door sign.
This was a fun little project, using Daisy’s door hanger. I used lots of SnipArt and Dusty Attic chipboard to create different layers and texture, and some letters (DND) then painted a layer of black gesso over it all. To highlight certain areas, I used Finnabair’s gorgeous waxes. Hope you like it. See you all again soon xx

RUSTIC CLOCK

Hey everyone,
Today, I’m sharing my latest DT project for Daisy’s Jewels and Crafts - Rustic Clock. This is a fab project to get stuck into, and you get all the parts you need. I didn’t use the little mdf numbers, as I covered over the whole clock face with some rustic papers from The Works. I then distressed the paper further with inks and sanding it in parts.  I added cogs and a few Roman numerals to finish. I hope you like. See you all next week xx

VINTAGE ARTIST BOARD

Good morning everyone,
Today, I’m sharing my latest DT project for Daisy’s Jewels and Crafts - Vintage Artist Board, using just the art board, not the two mdf paint brushes (they come as a set)
I covered the board in some gorgeous Stamperia rice paper, then distressed it. I then added loads of mdf and metal cogs to her hair, and an embellishment for her earring.
I used the word ‘art’ from mdf letters from The Works, coloured and glazed them for more texture, then added a lovely metal butterfly embellishment. Hope you like it xx
